Pre-filter cleaning & Ray-Filter replacement

Don't worry！We'll notify you though the app when it's time to wash/replace your filters.

Installing Aura Air

  1. Place the Smart jig on the wall and drill 3 holes.
  2. Remove the Device cover with Ray-Filter™️. Connect DC adapter to Aura Air.
  3. Mount the Base using the screws and washers.
  4. Close the Device cover and plug Aura Air into an electrical outlet.
  5. Connect to Aura-xxxxxx in your network list via app. Pair Aura Air to your WiFi network. 

Pre-filter cleaning

  1. Unplug Aura Air from the electrical outlet.
  2. Gently remove the Front cover and Pre-filter.
  3. Detach the Pre-filter from the Front cover.
  4. Wash the Pre-filter with water (no chemicals).
  5. Dry the Pre-filter before placing it back.
  6. Plug Aura Air back into the electrical outlet and enjoy the fresh air!

 

*Note: We will notify you through the app when it's time to wash your Pre-filter.

Ray-Filter™ replacement

  1. Unplug Aura Air from the electrical outlet.
  2. Gently remove the Device cover with the Ray-Filter™.
  3. Place the new Ray-Filter™ into the Device cover.
  4. Put back the Device cover.
  5. Plug Aura Air into the electrical outlet and enjoy fresh air!
